Hi, my name is Christie Louis. I have a multitude of complex disabilities and I live in Western Australia.
I have been waiting 450 days for SDA, even though the NDIS say it is approved it’s still not in my plan.
The wait has not only had a huge impact on my life but on my friends and family. I can’t attend family events or have family and friends into my home as my house doesn’t accommodate for that.
Hearing that you’re not value for money to the NDIS makes you feel like nothing more than just a burden on government.
